Before I can complete this Purchase and Delivery Satisfaction Survey and honestly mark it 100% Completely Satisfied I would like to commend Sales Consultant Trae Jones on his professionalism and courteous service on July 4, 2012. I was not looking for a new car at all and Mr. Jones had previously contacted me in reference to coming out to the dealership and taking a look at some of the new vehicles that were on the lot. I was very apprehension because I had previously purchased a vehicle from the same location and the experience wasn't pleasant at all. Regardless, Mr. Jones took the time to walk me through the entire lot and answered every question that I had. He told me about the 2012 Chevy Malibu and some of the incentives that the dealership was offering.

I really did not like the design of the 2012 Chevy Malibu, but the inside of the vehicle was impressive. Mr. Jones went over every feature of that vehicle and then let me take a test drive. I still was not quite sold on the vehicle, but he did mention what he could offer me which sounded better than the deal that I had on the car that I was currently driving. To make a long story short he definitely delivered on what he promised and this was the best sales experience that I have ever had. I would like for him to be recognized for his patience, professionalism, knowledge, and honesty that he showed me while I was at the dealership. Because of the service that I received at your dealership I will continue to purchase my vehicles from the Duluth location as long as Mr. Jones is my Sales Consultant. I will also ensure that my friends and family purchase their new vehicles from Mr. Jones. Again, thank you Trae Jones and Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Duluth for your courteous and professional help towards the purchase of my new 2012 Chevy Malibu.

Prior to bringing my car in, I did not know Brad Vickers but he did everything he could to help us get the car fixed right.  He stayed in touch with us over the period that the car was in the shop, even giving us his cell phone number to reach him when he wasn’t on duty.  We were preparing for a big road trip and Brad made sure the car was fixed and ready for the road- right when I needed it.  I am fortunate to have had Brad as the service advisor for my vehicle and he has changed my opinion regarding get my car serviced at [a] dealership.  I feel that with Brad at GP Chevy, I have someone that I can call on and trust to make sure that my car gets the best service possible.  When I need to work on Trailblazer, I’m bringing it to GP Chevy and I’m asking for Brad Vickers to by service advisor.
